"So, this is what you got to make me happy?"

One of the reasons that we thought about getting another dog was that Mille wasn't doing well after our Boy passed on. She was pining away for him and stayed in the kitchen by the door waiting for Max to come back from wherever we took him... it was sad.

So, we made sure that Mille was in on the decission when we found a new pup. She accepted Buddy right from the first meeting at the Rescue. I think she new he would make a good friend and that we thought he was special. That was good enough for Mille really.

The first days were a little hard because Mille didn't know what to make of that shivering mass of dog sitting under everything.

This is one point where she just sat out in kitchen with that look as if she was saying "So, what else does he do besides hide?"
