"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are." ~ Unknown
Max, the very best friend I have ever known lost his battle with cancer yesterday, March 19, 2008. He will be greatly missed... enough said.

Rob

Here's to Max, a handsome, loving & loyal companion. Who will be so sadly missed by his family. If you meet up with any of the Jendella's munsters, Max, say hi.

@Jendella's: Thanks, and he has a long list of people and dogs to meet up with so his social life will be quite busy.

I am a friend of Lisa Bottcher's. I empathize with the loss of Max. He looks like an angel, and he is one now. Everyone who has ever lost a dog understands the deep well of grief you feel. He will watch over you. Thank you for giving him all your love for all those years, and may you be reunited someday.

@Amanda: Thank you Amanda, Max, Bandit and all the Pyrs in heaven to romp around and guard those pearly gates. The only thing that keeps me going is that he will be able to watch over me for eternity.
Those Pyrs steal capture your heart don't they?
