First light and coffee

There is a time, first thing in the morning just as the sun is hitting my patio that is so peaceful and quiet it's amazing. If I am out there at that magic moment a feeling of warmth comes over me in a way like no other. This morning was one of those moments.

It was quite cool this morning and the dogs and I were sitting out on the patio enjoying the first sounds of the day when the light came over the house next door and spread itself over us like a warm sweater. It was one of those nirvana moments where everything seemed wonderful and aligned just for that moment, just for me.

This image is quiet and hopefully portrays the stillness,simple but wonderful time of the moment... coffee and first light.

Allow yourself to see and feel these moments as often as you can.
